Thinking Vitality – Think C.O.W.S.

Thinking Vitality – Think C.O.W.S.

Thinking Vitality – Think C.O.W.S.

There is an old esoteric adage that state's, "Through physical crisis comes the awakening of the soul".

With that in mind, there is nothing more potent for creating a change in one's attitude and behaviour, than experiencing the concern and coming aware to the realisation that one may well be prematurely leaving the planet due to the effects of ill health.

To build up any level of "health strength" in the body, be it physical, mental or spiritual, one must not be deceived into thinking the strength of the muscle but by the strengthening of the "thought" and the following "physical action" to make that thought a reality.

So how does one turn the tide on health or ill health? Not by the eating of cows, but by using the acronym... C.O.W.S. in your everyday life.

The nature of blood

The simple answer to what feeds and builds all aspects of the body be it muscle, tissue or bone is blood.

It is blood that builds and repairs all of these aspects.

There's another esoteric adage that states, "Blood is Life".

To support and maintain a healthy vibrant body, you must first build healthy and vibrant blood.

For blood is the building block for every cell in the human body, including muscle cells.

How do you build and maintain healthy and vibrant blood?

By returning the body's physical form to as close to the very nature of the blood and that is called alkalinity.

It is an alkaline, nutrient-rich environment within the blood that builds, maintains, and increases health.

And to create this alkaline nutrient-rich environment, you need to feed your body with some of mother natures simple ingredients.

Chlorophyll, oil, water and salt!

Thus this blood building recipe is called the "C.O.W.S." way to health & vitality!

C= chlorophyll from green grasses, veggies, leafy greens and fruits

O= oils from nuts, seeds and fruit i.e. sesame, flax, hemp, olive, avocado, coconut etc.

W = water that has been purified. Fresh from the sky or ground is best

S = salt that is unprocessed and even better, in a colloidal form i.e. sea water

Chlorophyll

Let's have a little look at the chlorophyll bit and guess where the where the supplies of chlorophyll come from. Yep, it's the vegetable kingdom.

Green foods are some of the most nutrient dense foods on the planet.

Take for example the strongest living beings on the planet.

Elephants, horses, bulls, hippo's, rhino's etc. are all practicing chlorophyll eaters, and they possess the most awesome physical strength and have the ability to maintain optimum weight on this "green food".

Unfortunately for most people, they don't eat enough fresh "greens" - much less take the time to juice them and as a direct result of this lack of action they rarely experience their body's full strength potential.

Greens infuse your body with easily absorbed water (H2O), vitamins, minerals, amino acids, fibre, chlorophyll, enzymes, phyto-nutrients and alkaline minerals that help to neutralise acids in the blood and tissues.

Green grasses are some of the most alkalising foods on the planet.

Greens are very rich in chlorophyll, which is often called "Nature's Green Blood".

As it is, the green blood of the vegetable kingdom is very similar to red blood.

Get this!!!

The molecular structure of chlorophyll is almost exactly the same as human blood with the exception of the centre atom, which is magnesium rather than iron.

Your body has the ability to convert that centre atom of chlorophyll with iron to form and rebuild the blood.

It is also chlorophyll that helps the blood cells deliver oxygen throughout the body and greens are a plentiful source of the enzymes that are needed for just about every chemical activity in your body.

Oils

The Good Oils... Eat oils to lose fat.

Oils and fats are the most concentrated source of energy used by the body!

Healthy oils... healthy fats, that is. Good fats are monounsaturated fats and polyunsaturated fats.

These fats come from the vegetable kingdom, seeds, e.g. linseed, olive and peanut oil, cold pressed oils, coconut oils, avocados, nut products (the all natural cashew, almond and brazil butter tastes good) and soy-based foods.

Soy-based foods also contain the omega-3 fats.

These fats are necessary to your body for a variety of vital reasons: regulating hormonal production, improving immune function, lowering total cholesterol, lubricating joints, and providing the basics for healthy hair, nails and skin.

The bottom line is to be vibrant and vital the body needs good fats, and it will suffer if it is not provided them.

The not-so-good fats (with the exception of coconut).

The not-so-good fats are saturated fats and trans fats that stay hard at room temperature and are primarily derived from animal sources or are man-made.

But as always on this planet, there is an exception and that exception is coconut oil.

Now coconut oil has a high amount of saturated fat but is very good for you both internally and externally (VERY HANDY IF YOU NEED TO PUT ON WEIGHT).

The basic rule is if it comes from the vegetable kingdom it's good you.

Saturated Fats: These are fats that stay hard at room temperature, and are mostly sourced from eating animals and animal products.

You find them in meat, whole-milk products, poultry skin, and egg yolks.

Trans-Fats: These are man-made fats, and are produced through hydrogenation, that is, heating oils in the presence of oxygen.

Many products found on the supermarket shelf contain trans-fats, because the fats help them maintain a longer shelf life.

Margarine contains high levels of trans-fats.  Unfortunately there is no law that says product manufacturers must tell you how much trans-fats their products contain, but you can find out if its in the product by looking at the ingredients list. Knowledge is King!!!

If the ingredients contain hydrogenated or partially-hydrogenated oils, then it contains trans-fats.

If we, the consumer, voice our opinion and stop buying these products, the manufacturers of these products will suffer a financial loss and change their ways, or go broke.

Water

Drink plenty of clean, fresh water.

Yep, you've heard this one before, over and over again.

And there's good reason for this its one of the grandest of truths! For efficient circulation of nourishment, the recommended amount is approximately eight glasses, or about 2 litres of water every day.

Let me say a few words about water.

CLEAN FRESH WATER - there is no other nutrient that compares.

Contrary to popular belief, water is the ultimate nutrient!

It accounts for approximately two-thirds of the physical body's weight and it is waters responsibility to be involved in nearly all of the bodily processes.

Just as it is your responsibility, living in the body, to drink water, and allow these processes to proceed, on their way.

Salt

Keep your salt levels up!

Yes you heard me, keep your salt levels UP!

But there is a catch.

When you do use salt, use ONLY unrefined rock salt or sea-salt.

Sea salt can contain over 80 mineral elements and some of these elements the body needs in trace amounts.

Unrefined sea salt is the best choice of salt for you and your family.

Ordinary refined table salt has been efficiently stripped of its companion elements and quite possibly contains additive elements (whose long term effects on vitality are not known) such as aluminum silicate used to keep it powdery and porous.

Note...  We seem to forget that aluminum has been implicated as a possible catalyst to many a dis-eased state.  It has been noted that this metallic element can have a very toxic effect on the nervous system.

This is good news for all of us who rebutted the theory that limiting your intake of salt is how to maintain the health of the body.

Salt as a whole is not the culprit.

It's mans intervention and the refining process we put commercial salt through that can lead to problems.

Recent studies are now showing that high blood pressure can be lowered and prevented by consuming a diet high in calcium and surprisingly, a diet high in unrefined salt.

In his book, "Water: Rx for a Healthier Pain-Free Life", a Dr Batmanghelidjs states, "Salt is vital for preventing and reducing a double chin."

When the body is short of salt, it means the body really is short of water.

The salivary glands sense the salt shortage and are obliged to produce more saliva to lubricate the act of chewing and swallowing and also to supply the stomach with water that it needs for breaking down foods.

Circulation to the salivary glands increases and the blood vessels become "leaky" in order to supply the glands with water to manufacture saliva.

This "leakiness" spills beyond the area of the glands themselves, causing increased bulk under the skin of the chin, the cheeks and into the neck.

Salt is the catalyst of electron transport.

It is what keeps your heart beating and energy flowing to every anatomical element that makes up every cell.

Ponder on this!

What's the biggest battery on the planet?

Answer... it's a trick question because the answer is the planet.

We live on a great big living battery.

And what covers this great big living battery?

That's right... sea water... ocean water... salt water!

Unprocessed, natural salt in a colloidal form.

The best salt in the world is, sea salt!

How much salt is recommended for the average sized human?

At least 1 gram of UNREFINED sea salt for every 5 kilos or 10 pounds of weight.

Even more if regular exercise and perspiration is the norm.

Keep your hydrogen and water levels up!

What about protein?

Well as little as it is known, all this talk about vegetable diets being protein deficient is superfluous when you have knowledge and understanding that there is only ONE KINGDOM in nature that creates protein.

And it is not the animal kingdom, it's not the human kingdom and it's not the mineral kingdom.

It's the vegetable kingdom!

For you to get your protein, you either have to eat of the vegetable kingdom: nuts, seeds (which are then turned into grain), veggie's, fruit etc. or eat of the animal kingdom that has eaten of the vegetable.

Understand this...  If ONLY the vegetable kingdom can truly make protein, then the protein derived from the vegetable kingdom is the primary source of protein in nature.

Protein derived from eating of the animal kingdom is secondary in nature.

Calling meat a primary protein is like calling an oil company the primary source of energy on the planet.

The only primary thing about the meat industry is it's the primary source of income for a lot of corporations and the primary source of ill health human body.

And unfortunately for all life on the planet, because of our ferocious appetite for meat and the energy and sea life (used for fertilizers) required for the mass production of meat, for the health of the planet.

So when you're thinking rejuvenation and vitality, don't eat the cows... THINK C.O.W.S.
