The all new Excalibur 4948CDB, 48-hour digital controller dehydrator, comes with the trays, polyscreens and a clear door so you can view progress without interrupting the drying process. The 48-hour, 2 time/2 temperature digital controller lets you set the dehydrator and forget it. To speed up the drying process, set the dehydrator at a higher temperature for a specified period of time and then set the dehydrator at a lower temperature for a specified period of time. The unit will automatically adjust after the first setting and turns off when the second setting is complete.

Excalibur's 2 year limited warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials under non-commercial use and service to the original purchaser. Should any part or parts become defective during the first 2 full years, we will repair or replace the part or parts at the manufacture’s option free of charge.

Commercial 1 Year Limited Warranty – Business Units

Excalibur's 1 year commercial limited warranty covers defects in workmanship, materials and service to the original purchaser. Should any part or parts become defective during the 1 year, we will repair or replace the part or parts at the manufacture’s option free of charge.
