International shipping is only available for selected products on our website. Vitality Plus Australia reserves the right to choose not to ship to any international countries of our choosing.

All shipping costs are calculated through the standard shipping rates of the courier services and are not subject to any surcharges by Vitality Plus Australia.
All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country’s national laws. Customs duties and taxes are assessed, generally, if the merchandise is dutiable and the value of the item is above the threshold set by the country’s laws.
These charges are normally due at the time of delivery; they are separate from the actual shipping charges processed by Vitality Plus Australia. The customer is responsible for all duties/taxes/customs charges.
If you refuse the shipment or refuse payment of any customs charges, we reserve the right to either bill your credit card or deduct the return shipping charges from any credit you may receive.
International customers are also responsible for return shipping charges any item(s) not allowed to be imported to your country.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the goods upon reception and to notify us immediately of any anomaly from the product description or order. All products are packed securely to ensure they arrive with you undamaged. In the event of a return, we ask the same of you. Please package returns well: any damage arising from improper packing in the event of a return will affect the amount we refund you.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Express Delivery Option – 3 to 5 business days
Air Mail Delivery Option – 21 business days*
*This does not include time for customs and local delivery. Depending on the laws and regulations in your country, your customs office may hold your order for up to several weeks.
International delivery times are not guaranteed because of wide variations in custom regulations from country to country.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Tracking numbers are available for Express shipments but not for Air Mail shipments.
Your tracking number will be provided in the Shipping Confirmation e-mail sent to you when your order ships.
If tracking is not available on your order, you will receive “No Tracking Available” in place of a tracking number in your Shipping Confirmation e-mail.
What can I do if I provide incorrect shipping information?
We rely on our customers to provide accurate shipping information with their orders.
If you realise you have provided incorrect shipping information at the time you placed your order, please immediately contact us.
We will make the requested changes if your order has not yet shipped. If your order has already shipped, we will not be able to make any address changes.
We are not responsible for lost or unclaimed orders due to incorrect shipping information provided with your order. So please verify your order information is correct on the Order Confirmation Page and in your Order Confirmation E-mail.
The full cost of shipping will be charged for reshipments necessary because of incorrect delivery information. Original shipping charges will not be refunded if the customer chooses not to have the order reshipped.
What should I do if my order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time?
If you order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time listed above for the delivery method you selected, please contact us.
Air Mail Service
The delivery estimate above does not include time for customs and local delivery. Depending on the laws and regulations in your country, your customs office may hold your order for up to several weeks so please be patient.
We highly recommend that you periodically check the status of your package by using the tracking number provided.
If the status of your tracking number is DELIVERED and you have not received your order, we recommend that you check to see if your order has been left outside, ask others in your household and/or neighbours to see if they may have taken the order in or speak to the person that receives mail/packages if your order was delivered to your place of work.
