For orders received before 12pm QLD time, all effort will be made to ship your order out the same day. Orders received after 12pm QLD time will be shipped the following day.
Standard delivery timeframes are between 2-7 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
Express delivery timeframes are between 1-2 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

If you are unhappy with the quality of your purchase, or if you find a discrepancy, please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your goods.
Customers who shop on the Vitality Plus Australia website (vitalityplusaustralia.com) may return UNOPENED and UNUSED products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of product cost Less Original Postage Costs incurred by Vitality Plus Australia to deliver said product, exchange or credit.
Vitality Plus Australia does not accept returned products that have been opened or used and will only accept the return if there is aggreement with an authorised representative of Vitality Plus Australia for the return and is accompanied with an original Vitality Plus Australia website receipt of purchase.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all products are suitably packaged in order to prevent damage during return shipping. The customer must not write on or attach labels to the product being returned; otherwise, the return may not be accepted.
Any products ordered via the Vitality Plus Australia website that meet the requirements stated above will need to be returned to Vitality Plus Australia Pty Ltd at the customer’s expense (unless prior arrangements have been made with Vitality Plus Australia Pty Ltd management) in order for the return to be processed.
Before doing so, customers must email Vitality Plus Australia customer service via the “Contact Us” page to have the return authorised.
Vitality Plus Australia Pty Ltd will not refund or provide credit on any freight/delivery costs incurred by the customer (unless prior arrangements have been made with Vitality Plus Australia Pty Ltd management), nor will it accept returns that have not been authorised by customer service.
In the event that a product develops a fault that appears to have been caused during its manufacture or otherwise prior to purchase (excluding, for example, faults due to wilful damage, environmental conditions or customer misuse post-purchase), you should notify our Customer Service staff immediately upon noticing the fault.
Damaged in Transit
In the event that you receive a product that appears to have been ‘Damaged in Transit’ that is, damaged in transit from Vitality Plus Australia Pty Ltd to you, you should:
* refuse to accept delivery of the product,
* direct the courier to ‘Return goods to sender’ and
* notify our Customer Service staff immediately.
If you have already accepted delivery, and then notice that the product appears to have been damaged in transit, you should notify our Customer Service staff immediately.
